Job Description:
Minimum of two years of experience in a commercial bakery as a
team member of bread bakers. Experience in meeting high-volume
production of scratch-made artisan breads daily by using a variety
of fresh ingredients and various flours in a clean, safe
environment. Can scale recipes using metric units. Experience is
use of commercial grade equipment including deck oven, full rack
convection ovens, mixers, and proofers. Third shift schedule.
English language communications skills. Must be able to lift 50 lb.
bags of flour and stand for full shift.
