Helpmates is Hiring Accounts Receivable Clerks for a company that Manufactures commercial refrigerators, freezers and supermarket and cooking equipment. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Pay rate: $19.00ph Responsibilities: Perform verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data Verify discrepancies Respond to and resolve clients' billing issues and questions Prepare and manage bills, invoices and bank deposits Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger Make sure that all payments are properly posted Assist in preparing detailing accounts receivable status Qualifications: Detail oriented, ethical, self-motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks Entry level experience in Account receivable less than 2-3 years are welcomed. No account related majored required.
