Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Merchandising Manager to lead
the development and execution of merchandise and custom kit
programs for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring
exceptional service and delivery
Own the end-to-end execution of merch and kit projects, managing
timelines and budgets
Source and manage vendors while negotiating pricing and ensuring
quality control
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in merchandising, experiential production,
or project/account management
Deep experience managing physical product kits, branded
merchandise, and fulfillment
Proven ability to lead client relationships and oversee multiple
high-volume projects
Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management and
vendor negotiations
Proficiency in project management platforms and Microsoft
Office
