Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage 2-3 Workday HCM modules, overseeing process
improvements and operational maintenance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement
enhancements, and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Provide Tier 3-level support for troubleshooting functional and
configuration issues across the organization
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience with Workday HCM or similar HCM
platforms
Experience in evaluating and recommending new Workday features
Proven ability to mentor and lead peers in knowledge sharing
Demonstrable experience with Workday's Enterprise Interface
Builder
Extensive knowledge of project management and HRIS systems
development methodologies
