The job This job is responsible for interacting with business owners, understanding, dissecting complex business processes, and designing and developing effective and scalable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes. Tests developed workflows, deploys them to production and fixes any defects identified in workflows in production. You will Take lead role for Robotics Operation Center (ROC) and manage day to day operations.

  • Troubleshoot, identify root-cause and resolve production issues, as reported by the business users.
  • Think organizationally, applying business knowledge to solve problems at the root cause and to develop innovative solutions.
  • Own the delivery of automations and serve as a technical lead on small to midsize complex projects.
  • Design and implement changes to automations that yield higher performance and resiliency while achieving lower operations overhead.
  • Meet with business owners and other stakeholders and provide periodic project updates. Identify business operations processes that are feasible for automation.
    • Gather requirements by conducting discovery sessions with business owners.
    • Create and maintain Process Design Documents and System Design Document based on requirements and discovery sessions.
    • Analyze business process in detail, to key stroke level, to assess feasibility for RPA and to develop automation workflows.
    • Obtain approvals from business and RPA leadership and COE teams for SDD and PDDs.
    • Work closely with Business, IT and other Shared Services departments to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Develop RPA solutions using components: UI elements, web services, API calls, Citrix virtualized applications, computer vision, rules engine.
      • Design and develop RPA solutions using unattended Bots.
      • Design and develop RPA solutions using attended Bots.
      • Develop reusable components for workflows.
      • Create and maintain robots and processes in UI Path Orchestrator.
      • Deploy and manage developed workflows in Orchestrator.
      • Adhere to SDLC and change control procedures. Actively supports the achievement of SCAN's Vision and Goals. Other duties as assigned.
        • Required: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and training required.
        • UI Path Orchestrator Certification
        • 4+ years of experience working in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) preferably in UI Path.
        • Experience in UI path Task mining and Automation hub.
        • 3 years of experience in Agile Development environment.
        • 6+ years of experience Application development.
        • Health Care industry experience is preferred.
        • Proficiency with MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook), Visio and PowerPoint.
        • Must have Strong Visio diagram skills and creative design mentality.
        • SQL experience is required.
        • Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile development.
        • Excellent technical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required.
        • Kabana and Elastic search knowledge required.
        • Superior analytical skills required.
