Field Service/Order Processing and Office AdministratorLocation:
-Long Beach, CA areaResponsible Manager: -Regional Service Manager
-Qualifications -This opportunity is for a highly motivated and
organized individual whose responsibilities include, but are not
limited to: Providing support to the Regional Service Managers in
resolving all customer service related topics in a timely manner,
corresponding with Field Service Technicians/Engineers in the
completion of service orders/paperwork, working together with other
departments in the US/Germany to provide customer satisfaction in
the service department. -Office administration as required. -What
You Will be Doing:---
- Completion of service orders in a timely manner, to include
coordinating with the Field Service Engineer/Technician so that all
the paperwork is turned in promptly, updating the Regional Service
Manager on any outstanding documents or issues that may arise.
- -Generating/tracking quotes, purchase orders, order
acknowledgments, and service-related invoices performed at customer
locations.
- -Process aftermarket quotes and orders. -
- Generate weekly/as-needed reports for the Regional Service
Manager. -
- Assisting in the resolution of customer's service/billing
issues.
- Assist with FS Engineer/Technician Inventory. -
- Generate/distribute monthly reports to the Field Service
Engineers
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to EOS management for
further action.
- Work with Life Cycle Solutions Team for completion of service
contracts in ERP system, contract renewals, and provide feedback
about the types of contracts/coverage levels.
- Main point of service contact for key accounts -
- Office/reception administration for local tech center office. -
- Back-up other FS Administrators when needed. - - - -What We are
