Position Overview
Technical Support Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems and operations. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a PC computing, networking and general IT support environment.

Area of Focus
Technical Support Analyst specialist interacts with employees within the company, offering user support and general troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
--- Install, maintain and support user hardware and software
--- Performs IT help desk duties
--- Maintain Documentation and Ticketing system
--- Requisition necessary equipment, parts and supplies
--- Assist and or train employees in use of approved software, when required
--- Be a resource for development of users' computer-aided management and optimization
--- Participation where appropriate on project teams
--- On-call availability for system outages affecting the plant
--- Manage/Maintain physical network connections, terminate network lines, test as needed
--- Assist with special projects as needed
--- Excellent organizational skills

Basic Qualifications
--- Associate degree/technical school
--- At least 4 years of experience
--- Minimum of 3 years' experience providing hardware and software support
--- Technical knowledge around PC's and their peripherals, phone systems and networking equipment
--- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft products including Office Suite, Windows
--- Strong problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
--- Bachelor's degree/technical school
--- A+ Certification
--- CCNP
--- Microsoft certification
--- Project Management experience
--- Workday experience is a plus

Salary Range: $28-$31/hour
