Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead and
mentor Agile teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint
planning, and retrospectives
Mentor and coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and practices
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
on project goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business, or a related discipline
7+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
certification
Proven experience in leading Agile transformations and coaching
teams
Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum
framework
