companies in the U.S. We are looking for a high-impact Business
Systems Manager - Finance Systems to serve as the strategic bridge
between corporate G&A functions, specifically Finance, Supply
Chain, and Legal and technical execution. This role is ideal for a
"Delivery-First" professional who can navigate the complexities of
a heavily regulated environment while maintaining the agility of a
high-growth business. You will be responsible for the health and
evolution of enterprise platforms like NetSuite and Coupa, ensuring
that every solution is built with clarity, measurable business
value, and strict SOX compliance. What You'll Do Act as the
"Translator" by converting complex business requirements from
Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders into actionable technical
designs. Drive end-to-end delivery of system initiatives, managing
the full lifecycle from initial requirements gathering and solution
design through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment.
Ensure rigorous compliance with corporate and governmental
policies, specifically maintaining high standards for SOX and 21
CFR Part 11 . Provide hands-on administration and technical support
for core G&A platforms, including NetSuite ERP and Coupa
(Procure-to-Pay). Manage complex project roadmaps , financials, and
timelines, acting as the single source of truth for G&A system
health and evolution. Partner with cross-functional leadership to
identify process improvements and redesign workflows for better
scalability and user experience. Oversee data integrity and
financial reporting accuracy across analytics platforms such as
Power BI or Tableau. What You'll Bring 5 years of experience
providing direct technical and functional support for G&A
financials, procurement, and legal applications. Deep functional
expertise in NetSuite ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory) and
Coupa (Procure-to-Pay). Strong industry background , specifically
within the Biotech or Pharmaceutical sectors, navigating
fast-paced, high-growth environments. Proven track record in
technical project management , with the ability to manage shifting
priorities and make effective decisions under pressure. Solid
understanding of compliance frameworks, including SOX and 21 CFR
Part 11. Exceptional communication skills , with the ability to
articulate technical concepts to non-technical business
stakeholders clearly. Technical certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL,
Agile, or platform-specific certifications in NetSuite/Coupa) are
highly preferred. $90 - $110 an hour We may use artificial
intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process,
such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing
responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not
