Job DescriptionJob Description Job Summary Assists attorneys in research activities and in the preparation of documents. Deals with highly confidential matters and may act as a source of organizational policies and procedures. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Drafts and maintains corporate documents including board consents, resolutions, meeting minutes. Drafts and prepares regulatory filings and other documents. Researches statutes and regulations. Coordinates activities between regulators and Legal Department. Assists Legal Department in scheduling, completing and maintaining regulatory filings required by state & federal agencies. Summarizes legal documents and shares information/synopses as directed. Assists with other legal matters including, formation and licensing of new entities, and general legal support. Job Qualifications Required Education Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Experience 1-3 years Required License, Certification, Association Paralegal Certificate Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Experience 3-5 yearsTo all current Molina employees: If you are interested in applying for this position, please apply through the intranet job listing.
