Job Description:

A company is looking for a Life Sciences Counsel to provide legal advice and services related to data transactions in the life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities

Support business teams by providing legal counsel and negotiating contracts
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to technology licensing and data access
Advise on regulatory, data privacy, cybersecurity, and competition matters

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree and license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
2+ years of legal experience
Solid working knowledge of contract and regulatory law
Demonstrated understanding of business issues related to legal projects
Familiarity with software or data licensing deals preferred
