Hybrid in Los Angeles or San Francisco Salary: $270k-$315k/yr DOE
Position Overview The Labor and Employment Associate Attorney will
provide legal support and guidance on a variety of employment law
matters. This role is essential in representing clients in
disputes, advising on compliance with labor laws, and assisting in
negotiations and litigation processes. The ideal candidate will
have a strong foundation in employment law and the ability to
effectively advocate for clients. Key Responsibilities Provide
legal advice on employment law matters including compliance and HR
policies Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution
processes Conduct legal research and prepare case documentation
Participate in mediation and arbitration proceedings Advise clients
on contract negotiations and employment agreements Manage case
files and maintain effective communication with clients Assist in
class action lawsuits and other labor law-related cases Prepare and
present compelling arguments in court and other legal forums
Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide
consultation Stay updated on changes in labor and employment law to
provide informed advice Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an
accredited law school Admittance to the TX state bar 3 years of
experience in labor and employment law Experience in defending
employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL, and wage and hour claims
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance
Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution Excellent
legal research and writing skills Ability to manage multiple cases
and deadlines effectively Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate
effectively with clients and colleagues Experience with class
action lawsuits is a plus - For this position, you must be
currently authorized to work in the United States without the need
for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa. CyberCoders will consider
