Job Description:
B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in medical devices and
pharmaceutical production, is seeking a dedicated Operating
Technician to join our team. This position plays a pivotal role in
maintaining and operating machinery and equipment used in the
manufacturing of medical products. The Operating Technician ensures
that our operations meet the high standards required in medical
device production and contribute to our mission of enhancing
healthcare outcomes efficiently and sustainably. This role requires
technical expertise, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment
to maintaining the integrity and safety of our production
processes. Operate and monitor production line machinery and
equipment. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to
ensure optimal operation. Adhere to all safety guidelines and
quality assurance standards. Record and report production data
accurately. Assist in the implementation of manufacturing
schedules. Collaborate with other team members to meet production
targets and enhance efficiency. Participate in training and
development sessions to improve skills and knowledge. Proficiency
in operating complex machinery Strong mechanical and
troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and precision Ability to
follow strict protocols and production guidelines Strong
communication and teamwork abilities Medical Insurance 401k
Certified Production Technician (CPT) preferred Occupational Safety
& Health Administration (OSHA) safety certification is a plus
