Job Description:
B. Braun Medical Inc., a pioneer in healthcare solutions, is
seeking a dedicated Production Technician specializing in Duplex
Filling & Mixing to join our manufacturing team. This role is
crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality pharmaceutical
products while adhering to regulatory standards and promoting
environmental sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, a keen attention
to detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of
safety and environmental care. Operate and maintain duplex filling
and mixing equipment to ensure efficient production schedules and
quality standards. Monitor and adjust production processes or
equipment for quality and productivity. Prepare and verify
equipment, materials, and products at the start of each shift.
Comply with FDA regulations and company policies regarding
production, documentation, and cleanliness. Troubleshoot and
resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Participate in
training and development to stay current on industry techniques and
technologies. Work closely with quality control to ensure products
meet strict purity standards. Proficiency in operating
technical/manufacturing equipment Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with a
commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Medical Insurance 401k Certified Production Technician (CPT)
preferred.
