Job Description:
Provide volunteer weekend coverage of the day center. Complete
basic administrative tasks and other agreed upon projects. Monitor
Day Center and ensure a safe and supportive environment is
maintained. Interact with children and parents. Provided activities
for families as needed and able. Provide coverage of reception desk
at resource center Greet guests, staff, volunteers and visitors
Answer telephones and take messages Complete other administrative
tasks and projects, as able Monitor Day Center Allow access to keys
to shower and laundry Be of assistance to families and answer
questions that may arise Promptly inform Family Promise Executive
Director about any safety issues or guests infractions Monitor
facilities; Note repairs needed, missing supplies and/or other
facility issues
