The ideal candidate is experienced in floral arrangement and plants.Check out our current designs at wildfco.com**Job Summary: The Floral Design Assistant responsibilities are to aid the Lead Floral Designer with production of existing products in all areas of the Floral department including, but not limited to dried floral arrangements, dried floral bouquets, and potted plants in accordance with our quality standards and specifications.**Skill Requirements:** - Maintain knowledge of current floral trends - Awesome communication skills - Must be organized, able to multitask, and easily adapt and respond to change - Enthusiastic about flowers and plants - Previous design experience required - Previous experience with dried florals preferred, but not required**Job Responsibilities:** - Consistently remain self-driven and creative - Ensure quality standards are met - Replicate current and new designs - Help with our in-store and online orders - Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness - Assist head floral designer with tasks and projects - Complete any tasks given by managementBenefits:
