Dynamic and collaborative culture Career development opportunitiesTHE BASICSThis person will be working directly with a team of Branding Consultants and their clients to source, sell, and deliver custom products to clients around the world. The ideal candidate must have confidence working with marketing and creative departments of high-profile clients, who lean on us for ideas, critiques, and suggestions. We are looking for a candidate who can handle tight deadlines while maintaining client relations and keeping production teams on schedule. The right candidate has superior customer service skills and knows how to properly address time sensitive information in a respectful way. This person will have a hand in the brainstorming, ordering, and shipping of all projects, and must remain highly detail oriented while overseeing numerous projects at once. This person is known to actively work toward improvement, actively trying new tools, and learning how to approach their projects at a higher level. We are looking for a team player who encourages others to reach out for help and can use their strength to assist others as needed. The role will require this person to work across multiple teams and adapt to new teams as needed.WHAT YOU LL DO To generate ideas, source vendor offerings tailored to each project requirements. Build creative decks and presentations for clients and work with them to make sure all details for the project are captured correctly. Assist clients in finding the perfect items for their event or needs. Handle all orders from order placement until the product is in the client's hands. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying pricing, following up with manufacturers, and tracking orders through delivery. Develop and maintain production management system for their team. Working alongside the Branding Consultant (Sales Executives), place and follow up on sample orders, project specifications and client requests. Being an extension of the Branding Consultants by providing self-direction, and main client contact for project communication. Develop materials such as sales letters, PowerPoint presentations, and Microsoft Word proposals to for presentation to clients. Drive product research tailored to each unique project. A trusted advisor with clients by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs to our solutions. Maintain great client relations and pleasant communication with all new and existing clients. Managing or coordinating fulfillment projects as needed. Coordinate with corporate staff (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.) on client accounts (invoices, aging, etc.). Proactively create custom flyers, and marketing materials for existing clients.WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH: 2-3 years working in the Promotional industry or worked in an environment that allowed enhanced knowledge of industry specific vendors. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; think critically; manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines. Strong project management experience. A self-starter who can structure and organize their day without oversite. Possess superior client relation skills, which includes being adaptive and sensitive to client demands. Must be highly detail oriented and very organized with the ability to regulate and reprioritize to a changing environment while following tasks through to completion. Takes initiative to incoming requests and needs little to no direction from their team. Possesses superior level of product & vendor knowledge within the Promotional Industry. Provides clear communication to project tracking, or roadblocks to their team.
