potential!!The Account Executive will be responsible for developing
new leads, closing new accounts and providing ongoing customer
service to ensure a successful sales process. You should have a
demonstrated track record in closing sales and meeting company
performance standards.Job Description for Account Executive:
Develop and maintain a database of qualified prospective clients
Make high-volume outbound calls that move prospects through the
sales funnel Conduct outside sales calls throughout the area
Conduct thorough discovery meetings and identify sales
opportunities Provide detailed staffing solutions customized for
individual clients needs Create and deliver sales presentations,
negotiate pricing and establish terms of service Achieve weekly
metrics and KPIs Consistently close and achieve monthly sales
targetsRequirements for Account Executive: Must reside in the Long
Beach / LA area Proven 2-year track record in B2B Sales with a
service-based industry Excellent written and verbal communication
skills Ability to interface with all levels of management Ability
to work independently while still collaborating as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with
changing priorities Exceptional customer service skills that
