Great Opportunity To Join a Well-Established, Academic Affiliated Neonatology Practice Pediatrix's Coastal Neonatology practice is seeking an experienced BC Neonatologist to be the Director of our CQI program at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital (Long Beach Memorial), in Long Beach, CA.

• MCWH is our Regional Level IV NICU with 95 beds and approximately 1,400 patient admits per year.
• In addition to our affiliated Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians (+ fellowship program) and Ob Hospitalists, there is full on-site pediatric medical and surgical subspecialty support including a pediatric cardiovascular program.
• Services offered include maternal and neonatal transport , whole body cooling, iNO, Palliative Care Program, Telemedicine and a Small Baby Unit.
• Our NICU is part of a combined Residency and Fellowship program with the University of California Irvine and Children's Hospital of Orange County.
• Active participation in our robust CQI program is a must.
• The ideal candidate will have ? 3 years of experience with a strong background and participation in CQI programs and leadership.This is an opportunity to live in Southern California and to work for a great company (we provide care to 1 out of 4 NICU babies in the U.S. daily).
