AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / BDC AGENT YOU
ASK?*Business Development Center: We are looking for outgoing,
friendly people to follow up with service clients who inquired on
the Internet or Telephone. No cold calling! Your main goal: Build
rapport and set appointments with clients who are asking for our
services or help. Service Department BDC / Customer Service Agents
Handle: Inbound Calls, Follow Up Calls, Customer Retention, Setting
Appointments for our Service Department. Qualified Candidates
should have a working knowledge of a car dealership, parts
operations, or applicable service department experience. We are
looking for someone with previous Service BDC experience.Main
Point: Youve gotta like the phone and you gotta like people,
otherwise please stop here.This is a FULL-TIME position that will
require you to work Some Rotating Saturdays. We realize this will
limit people able to apply for this position. We can teach you the
skills of the job, but we cannot teach talent, energy, positive
attitude, character, and drive (we can help bring this out of you

OPPORTUNITY?$31,000 - $40,000 Annually Pay based on Incentives*This
position has a base hourly rate of $15.00 hourly plus incentives
