Responsibilities

- Organize and route incoming telephone calls

- Field and send written business correspondence

- Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

- By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Strong Microsoft Office skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

- 1+ years of past relevant experience

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- Experience with Coordinating Schedules

- Coordinating Appointments experience

- Coordinate Logistics experience required

- Wide ranging experience with data entry

- Proven knowledge of Facilities Coordinator

- Practical knowledge of order entry

- Strong familiarity with meeting coordination and planning

- Quality experience with Order Fulfillment

- Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

- Well-founded grasp of Project Coordination

- General familiarity with work flow coordination
