Twitter.The OpportunityEnsures compliance and adherence to
regulatory requirements by monitoring internal policies and
procedures and state and federal regulations and advising
management on needed actions. This position is also responsible for
taking the lead and/or supporting the business continuity
preparatory and response activities under SCAN's Business
Continuity Plan.You WillEnsures compliance with established
internal control procedures by examining records, reports,
operating practices, and documentation and providing information to
the Director for approval.Ensures compliance with state and federal
agencies by studying existing and new legislation and facilitating
the compliance program.Assess potential business continuity
disruption events reported to the plan and work with supervisor to
determine the actions required by the plan.Develop communications
and status updates for the plan's business continuity team about
business continuity disruption events.Attend business continuity
team meetings and ensure actions taken by the plan in response to a
business continuity disruption event are recorded and tracked until
completed.Provides guidance and information by interpreting
policies and procedures: answering questions and requests, and upon
Director's approval forwarding to functional key contacts.Maintains
customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information
confidential.Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing information and trends.Satisfies training needs by
providing end-user training.Maintains compliance database by
entering and backing up data.Maintains company reputation by
complying with regulatory requirements in collaboration with the
Compliance Department.Maintains professional and technical
knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks;
participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort
by accomplishing related results as needed.Actively supports the
achievement of SCAN's Vision and Goals.Your
QualificationsBachelor's Degree, or equivalent career experience,
required.Two years of experience in managed careDemonstrated
understanding of CMS Medicare GuidelinesAbility to work effectively
and participate in a team environmentAbility to handle and
prioritize multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in MS Word and
ExcelCovid-19 Vaccination PolicyTo ensure a healthy and safe work
environment, all SCAN employees will be required to be fully

the manufacturer, of a vaccine that has been authorized by the FDA
