Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, Gender-based Violence
Prevention and Response.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership on GBV prevention and response,
ensuring integration of best practices
Spearhead resource mobilization and program development for GBV
initiatives
Facilitate research and learning events related to GBV prevention
and response
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, gender studies, or related
field, plus at least 7 years of relevant experience
Track record of technical leadership and stakeholder
coordination
Experience in developing successful funding applications from
various sources
Commitment to feminist principles of social justice and
decolonization of aid
Professional proficiency in MS Office and English
