Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Scientist responsible for
conducting and managing research projects to evaluate learning
content and design of simulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and manage rigorous research to support learning efficacy
and product improvement
Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis to inform
product development
Visualize data analysis results for presentations and reports
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in education psychology, cognitive science, learning
analytics, or a related field
5+ years of industry experience, preferably in education
companies
Deep understanding of various research designs and statistical
analysis techniques
Proficiency in data processing and visualization tools, including
R, Python, SPSS, and SAS
Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases
