Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Retirement Plan Administrator to manage various tasks related to retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

Review requests for distributions, loans, and withdrawals
Calculate vesting percentages and prepare necessary documentation
Communicate with Plan Sponsors, Recordkeepers, Financial Advisors, and Accountants

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience with qualified retirement plans
At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume transaction role
Proficiency in Excel, Adobe, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Datair, PensionPal software, and PenChecks is a plus
Desire to learn and grow within the firm
