A company is looking for a Contracting Operations Associate with
Spanish fluency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to agents through email, calls, and
video walkthroughs
Coordinate contracting workflows between the company, insurance
carriers, and Medicare brokers
Respond promptly to Medicare broker inquiries on
contracting-related topics
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or a
similar role
Fluency in Spanish
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify workflow
improvements
Experience meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements
(SLAs)
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes
