Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare Advisor to assist users in
navigating Medicare and Medicaid healthcare plans.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries regarding Medicare and Medicaid,
providing expert guidance via in-app chat and phone
Conduct comprehensive comparisons of Medicare Advantage plans and
educate users on eligibility and enrollment processes
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to enhance app
functionality based on user interactions
Required Qualifications
Fast learner with a strong interest in Medicare/Medicaid
Able to handle complex user inquiries and multitask effectively
Willing to obtain an active broker/agent health insurance license
in home state and additional states
Must complete training and tests relevant to health insurance
carriers
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
