Keep Reading.Information regarding our schools can be found .What You'll Do:The Operations team exists to allow school leaders and teachers to focus their time on students, families, and instruction. When operations is running smoothly, everyone has the resources they need and clarity on systems around the school to ultimately create the optimal learning environment for students to succeed and realize their PMC! As Dean of Operations (DOO), you will serve as a member of the school admin team and you will be responsible for leading non-instructional operations at your campus.What You'll DoCreate Magic in The Background: Support school team members so that they can effortlessly ensure all students across all identity groups have access to a high-quality, personalized college prep experience.Lead Operational Excellence: Uphold operational excellence for the school and lead the team through strategy, systems, data management, training, management of the school's Operations Coordinator and Operations Assistant, and creative problem solving to meet goals.Be a Logistics Leader: Be the point of contact for special events; facilities needs; budgets; the student information system; and health, safety/emergency preparedness, and nutrition compliance.Manage a Super Team: You'll manage an Operations Assistant, modeling top-notch customer service so our school's visitors and families experience a high-quality experience in every interaction.Keep Our Buildings Running: You'll supervise the nutrition staff and maintenance staff to keep our campus clean, safe, and functional and oversee all campus technology, including inventory and repair.Fill Every Seat, Every Day: Manage all school-based aspects of student enrollment and oversee the daily attendance process, including interventions, data, and reporting.Find Your People: Join an active, lively school community with vision and purpose. We uplift each other, debate, problem solve, and celebrate our collective work together.We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in school operations required
  • Two or more years experience as a people manager required
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish required
  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, anticipating future outcomes and events, then incorporate them into thoughtful solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and work autonomously
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and work effectively in a collaborative environmentWe're Committed To Giving You:
