Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares reports related to denials, credit balances, and payer
opportunities
Analyzes rejection reports and collaborates with management to
address denial trends
Assists with quality assurance tasks and trains new teammates as
needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required
Two years of experience in related financial services or healthcare
business office required
College degree (bachelor's or associate) preferred
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
Prior experience with healthcare computer systems, especially Epic
billing, preferred
