Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Specialist I to provide
customer support and streamline communication for preferred
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for clients and field team members
regarding sample processing
Document client interactions and maintain follow-up work lists
Monitor order statuses and provide analytical reports to clients
and Account Executives
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a relevant field
High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college degree
preferred
Previous experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory
administration is preferred
Experience in customer service is beneficial
