Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day operational tasks for early-stage startups and
SMBs, including payroll, AP/AR, compliance, and equity
administration
Develop scalable processes, workflows, and automation to enhance
service delivery
Gather customer feedback to refine COO Services and identify
operational bottlenecks for long-term scalability
Required Qualifications
6-8+ years of experience in an operational role at a startup, SMB,
or fast-growing business
Hands-on experience with payroll, AP/AR, equity administration,
compliance, and financial operations
Customer-facing experience with startup founders and SMB owners
Strong process-building and workflow automation skills
Tech-savvy with familiarity in tools like Gusto, Rippling, Carta,
and QuickBooks
