Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Processor to
support the Producer Solutions Operations business in a remote work
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Research and process complex compensation inquiries while resolving
data issues across multiple systems
Act as a point of contact for team members, providing responses to
routine and complex questions
Partner with various teams to implement service and process
improvements and validate processing procedures
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED, or minimum Associate degree in lieu of
required experience
3-5+ years of client customer support and operations experience
relevant to the role
Knowledge of key payroll principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
