A company is looking for a Personal Lines Retention Specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain records and manage renewals, invoicing, and claims
assistance for client insurance policies
Ensure clients' assets are protected and collaborate with
underwriters to address customer needs
Monitor performance metrics and provide training support to team
members for professional development
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of personal lines experience managing books of
business
State required active licensing
High School diploma (or equivalent)
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong organizational and decision-making skills
