Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster, Workers
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims
from set-up to closure
Evaluate and handle high dollar, complex claims while ensuring
compliance with statutory requirements
Serve as a point of contact for partner agents and customers,
providing claim guidance and status updates
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree or
equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of 5 years of workers' compensation claim adjusting
experience is required
Active licensing in applicable states is required
Experience with claims in TX, IL, IN, MI, MO, WI, KY, LA, and NE is
preferred
Advanced knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements in
claims adjudication
