Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Advocate Lead to ensure
timely transportation services for Medicaid recipients through
effective oversight and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure enforcement of contract regulations pertaining to
transportation providers
Oversee the trip assignment process and support the Customer
Advocate teams
Develop alternative transportation options and assist with driver
training and inspection programs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Four (4) plus years of relevant experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience
Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines and covered services
Knowledge of non-emergency transportation services is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
