Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Responsible AI.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Governance and Responsible AI functions, developing and
implementing model risk policies and procedures
Oversee validation, monitoring, and performance assessment of
credit risk and fraud detection models
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk
management standards
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in model risk management, particularly in
credit risk and fraud detection
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to model risk
management, including FCRA, ECOA, GLB, EU-AI Act, and GDPR
Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing
teams
Awareness of data science methods and techniques
Certification in model risk management or related areas is
preferred
