This is a unique opportunity for a visionary, client-focused designer ready to step into a leadership role and build something meaningful.This position requires onsite presence at one of our locations and travel to other sitesWHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the design of luxury homes, understanding client vision, site, topography, and regional character.
• Create and champion high-quality design solutions from concept to completion, blending innovation with real-world constructability.
• Guide and inspire a team, overseeing visualization, deliverables, and design execution.
• Design across various possibilities while maintaining excellence across all price points.WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• A compelling communicator, highly visual thinker, and designer known for delivering exceptional luxury homes responsive to regional context and character.
• An intuitive, adaptable leader who thrives collaboratively and is motivated to build a team and body of work.
• A keen eye for uncovering a site's unique attributes and leveraging them to craft a seamless, enriching experience inside and out.
• Strong ability to mentor staff and guide projects through all phases of design and delivery for luxury homes.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership.
  • Degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, Interior Design, or related field; licensure preferred.
  • Commitment to professional growth.
