RTW Logistics has an Immediate Opening for an Administrative Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as appropriate.
  • Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software including company specific software and programs
  • Maintains office supplies.
  • Maintains records, documentation and files.
  • Performs all other office related duties that are assigned and overseas the daily workflow.

    Background and Education
    • High School diploma/college degree accepted but not a required.
    • Minimum one year of work experience
