HydraFacial - and Perk--- products are available in over 90 countries with over 20,000 Delivery Systems globally and millions of treatments performed each year.HydraFacial is hiring an International Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day logistics operations, including documentation preparation, scheduling, and shipment deploymentHERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Tracking and tracing of all International shipments via the Power BI tool
• Define, document and update cross-functional logistical processes for new accounts/countries as needed.
• Management of Daily Open Order report and communication to the organization
• Prepares shipping documents, such as customs forms and certifications for exports, and perform other administrative duties which may be required prior to shipping goods.
• Collects and analyzes relevant information regarding performance metrics
• Prepares rate quotes for standard, rush, and special deliveries.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure acquisition and delivery of shipments.
• Develop positive relationships with freight and external logistics companies.
• Back up to import shipping processes and report management
• Other duties as assignedHERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
  • Associates degree college preferred and/or minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with US Customs, HTS codes and classification
  • Strong math & customer service skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized, and familiar with computer systems for data entry and inquiry.
  • Experience with standard shipping practices including import and export rules
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)What else can you expect with HydraFacial? PERKS!
