• Proactive and strategic thinker with a high passion for reporting and analysis. Working with leaders throughout the organization to provide valuable financial hindsight to drive improved business decision making
• Critical thinker who can identify reporting errors and gaps and develop opportunities for improvement.
• Strong business partner who works with other business units and IT partners to develop processes, identify business opportunities through data, and work with IT technical staff to ensure data integrity within our world-class data warehouse
• Recognized as the company's Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all business reporting within our business reporting platform (Tableau)
• Partners with Accounting & Finance on a monthly and quarterly cycle for month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Agile contributor who can quickly pivot and adjust to changing business needs and accommodate all ad-hoc reporting needs throughout the organizationHERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.HydraFacial does not provide sponsorship at this time.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's a plus) in relatedatechnical field (Finance, Statistics,Business,etc.)
  • 5+ years ofexperience as a (Reporting Analyst) or Financial Analyst
  • Attention to detail in analytics, including prior experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and CRM (SFDC, MS Dynamics) reporting thru Visualization tools
  • Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries
  • Proficient inTableau Desktop, Tableau Prep orsimilar tools
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams, including Corporate Leadership
  • Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills
