Job Description:
Job Description As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be
responsible for the support and administration of the corporate and
remote user infrastructure. You will provide technical ownership of
the end-user devices and related systems. Successful candidates are
a hands-on with excellent technical and customer service skills
with a clear desire to respond to customer needs, to support and
develop technology solutions. The technicians primary
responsibility will be to work with and support the corporate team
on day-to-day activities and assigned projects. These activities
may include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for
maintaining, upgrading, patching and the ongoing administration of
end-user laptops and desktops. Responsible for corporate user
mobile devices and mobile device management. Provide technical
support to our end user community at United Pacific, which includes
desktop support and resolving helpdesk issues for internal and
remote users. Responsible for IT inventory management and ordering.
New user onboarding and orientation. Other duties as assigned by

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree or two or more years of work
experience. 1 or more years of experience in Desktop Support
Knowledge of networking principles and basic network
troubleshooting Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Experience with
Windows server architecture including Group Policy, DNS, and Active
Directory.
