Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capital Markets Analyst responsible
for sourcing and executing third-party capital financing for solar
portfolio development.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of various forms of third-party capital
financing
Maintain ongoing relationships with investors through presentations
and diligence requests
Coordinate with Legal and Structuring departments to ensure
accuracy in project data materials
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant experience in clean tech, energy, or related
sectors; solar experience preferred
1-3 years of relevant Investment Banking experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or
related field required
Robust financial modeling skills
Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S
