Key Responsibilities
Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical
implementation for successful program delivery
Analyze business operations to improve cost efficiency and develop
project plans for timely completion
Evaluate large data sets to provide actionable insights and
recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in requirements gathering, process and
functional flow, and user story creation
Experience with D365 Customer Service and Field Service modules
Skilled in conducting workshops with business and IT
collaborators
Experience working with offshore development teams
