Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst (Salesforce) to
support strategic initiatives and build relationships with the
business community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of current projects and the
Salesforce roadmap
Lead requirements interviews and workshops to gather business
requirements and identify process improvement opportunities
Coordinate and manage the UAT process, ensuring business SMEs are
prepared for testing
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years
focused on Salesforce
Strong understanding of industry QA processes and business process
analysis
Experience in developing training plans and conducting training
sessions
Salesforce Business Analyst Certifications are required; Copado
Robotic Testing Certifications are desired
A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
