Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Analyst II to provide
support and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Client Service Point of Contact for assigned clients,
providing relationship management and technical support
Manage and resolve client cases, including diagnosing incidents and
fulfilling service requests
Collaborate with internal teams and engage subject matter experts
to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Business Administration, or related fields
2+ years of client technical support, implementation, and/or
configuration experience
Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, SQL is a plus
