Job Description:
A company is looking for an SAP OCM Consultant Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SAP OCM strategies to drive user adoption and
minimize resistance
Identify key stakeholders and create engagement plans to facilitate
change readiness
Assess the impact of SAP changes on business processes, roles, and
responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related
field
8+ years of OCM experience, with at least 5 years in SAP change
management
PROSCI, ACMP, or SAP-related OCM certifications are preferred
Strong understanding of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, ECC,
SuccessFactors, etc.)
Expertise in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter's
Change Model, etc.)
