Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with customers through consultative
solutioning to achieve their talent and business objectives
Schedule and conduct kick-off calls with new clients to understand
their specific needs and goals
Develop and deliver comprehensive platform training sessions for
clients on platform features and functionalities
Required Qualifications
Experience in building and nurturing customer relationships
Prior implementation experience in the EOR industry
Background in customer success/service or HR SaaS is a plus
Ability to explain complex topics in easy and concise language
Organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize effectively in a
high-growth environment
