Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to conduct
business process analyses and support management with reporting and
testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate activities and systems for workflow simplification and
prepare reports for management
Coordinate testing and debugging of software, developing formal
test plans and monitoring implementations
Define business requirements and assist in business reviews to
ensure productivity improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or four years of job-related business experience,
or an Associate's degree with two years of experience
Two years of job-related business systems analysis or customer
support experience
Working knowledge of business support and systems concepts
Fundamental understanding of user acceptance test plans and project
plans
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
