Key Responsibilities
Assist guests in purchasing cruises by handling inbound sales calls
and making travel recommendations
Build lasting relationships with clients and provide personalized
recommendations based on their preferences
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads
to close sales
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably as an Account
Executive
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs
Strong experience in telephone sales with the ability to close on
the first call
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Proficiency with basic computer applications and a distraction-free
workspace
