A company is looking for a Manager, Benefit Advisor - Agency.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop front-line sales supervisors while fostering a positive sales culture
Document and assist in comprehensive sales plans to exceed growth objectives
Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a sales organization to meet sales objectives

Required Qualifications

Experience in a managed care organization, health insurance carrier, or related industry
Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience
Proven track record of meeting individual and team sales goals
Deep understanding of Medicare sales
